All prices are stated in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and fees which will be clearly communicated before service agreement finalization.

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are established in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods and will provide clear invoicing for all services rendered.

For ongoing maintenance programs, payment arrangements will be specified in the service contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

Cancellation terms and refund eligibility depend on the specific service and stage of project completion. These details are outlined in individual service agreements.

For equipment orders, cancellation may be possible before manufacturer processing begins. Once equipment has been ordered from suppliers or customization has commenced, cancellation may incur fees to cover committed costs.

Installation services may be rescheduled subject to availability and advance notice. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of scheduled installation) may incur administrative fees.

Maintenance program cancellations are subject to the terms specified in the maintenance agreement. Prepaid services will be honored for their commitment period or refunded on a prorated basis as specified in the contract.

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We facilitate warranty claims and provide coordination but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty performance.

Our consultation and installation coordination services are provided with professional care and expertise. However, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or performance metrics beyond what is explicitly stated in service agreements.

Our website and information provided are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use our services at your own risk.

Information about equipment specifications, compatibility, and performance is provided to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to change by manufacturers. We recommend verifying critical specifications before making final decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hearthforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or €500, whichever is greater.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Cyprus.

You agree that the courts located in Nicosia, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these terms or our services.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hearthforge regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
